Weisenberger grits are genuine, southern-style grits made from locally sourced, non-GMO white corn stone ground in an antique water-powered mill. The grits are even better with Beer Cheese! Always use buttermilk rather than water! For recipes, check out our recipe tab!
Southern grits cooked right are the perfect comfort food. Pair with Howard’s Creek for cheesy grits, and add shrimp! We served this combination at The Incredible Food Show in Lexington a few years back! The results sold out, and we won the best entrée!
