Our family has preserved this 1930's recipe, the "Original Kentucky River Valley Delight™," since 1979 and put it under label in 2006 at the request of the public who demanded Real Beer Cheese.

It is certified by the REAL Seal Dairy Association and Lab Tested <5 PPM Gluten-Free, Howard's Creek is the only Beer Cheese on the market today that can carry those two symbols on our label.

It is still made in small batches to preserve the heritage in the blend of its creamy, spicy taste and endorsed by Joe Allman as "as close to his original recipe that you can get," with permission from Tim Allman, his son.

Howard's Creek Authentic Beer Cheese continues to win numerous awards from competitions against other beer cheeses, cheese manufacturers, and restaurants since its "debut" in 2009. Now available in several states with over 40 retailers, restaurants, bars, wineries, and online.
