Howard's Creek Shipping Policy, Time & Transit
Our Beer Cheese and other perishables, such as Browing's Country Ham products and Ruth Hunt Chocolates, are shipped in a custom cooler box with the appropriate gel packs or dry ice. The shipping cost calculated in your cart includes the box price, gels, dry ice (if needed), and shipping costs.
We require a $25.00 minimum order. It's best for both of us!
In Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, other shipping rules apply.

We can not guarantee any shipment, sadly, not even overnight shipments. It's simply out of our control. But we know logistics well, and we have always gotten your items to you cold, on time, 99.9% every time, even if there is a rare delay. (Holiday’s and severe weather, cold or hot, affect even the best shippers!)
Timing of Shipments
Please see this most up-to-date 2023 UPS above for time and transit (number of days from our shipping location, the yellow area, to yours) so that you know the timeline of your Home Delivery GROUND Shipment. Orders placed Wednesday- Tuesday by noon EST will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after noon EST Tuesday to Wednesday, will ship the same day unless you are in the 3- 5 day delivery days. 2-day air, overnight, and Holidays are exceptions, of course. 3-day Express is a 3-day Air days-in-transit option for those in the 5, 6, or 7-day transit time; please do not waste your money using this service unless you are in these transit times. If you have any questions, please reach out to our facility directly for the exact time in transit according to our carrier.
We expect your order to get to you fresh. If you need a RUSH order, don't hesitate to contact us by phone at (859) 338-0623 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. If necessary, please leave a message we will return your call.
Returns - Replacements - Refunds
Rarely will your order not arrive on time or possibly be damaged. If there is a problem with your shipment, please call (859) 338-0623 or email us at [email protected]. KEEP the box with all contents, take lots of pictures, and follow the directions on the inside flap of your box. The carriers do not replace spoiled products, but they do replace damaged containers. Once we receive the documentation, we will advise you on what to do next and take care of each need. We guarantee our products will be delivered to your door.
